I’m a consultant, model, writer, and coach—passionate about helping people navigate both life and business with purpose.
I am the founder of The Mother Boss and Mother Boss Consultancy platforms dedicated to empowering working women and business leaders alike.
Professionally, I serve as Assistant Vice President for Implementations at one of the world’s largest financial firms, where I lead global-scale projects and drive operational excellence. On the side, I freelance as a career coach and business consultant, mentoring startups, entrepreneurs, and professionals—particularly within the BPO, ITO, and KPO sectors—as they navigate the complexities of growth, leadership, and corporate success.
My story
Hailing from Davao, raised in vibrant Cebu, and now leaving footprints in Manila’s fast-paced corporate and tech scene—I wear many hats. I'm a millennial mom, an aspiring chef who’s always experimenting in the kitchen, an artist at heart, a spontaneous photographer, a sentimental writer, and a forever cat lover and adopter.
By day, I run operations alongside senior leaders, leading Implementations in the Merchant Services space as part of my current role in one of the world’s largest financial firms. My career journey started with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of San Carlos – Cebu, driven by my love for food and tourism. But life had other exciting detours—I pivoted into the BPO and ITO industries, earned 6Sigma and Agile certifications, and now I’m diving deep into the ever-evolving worlds of AI and digital marketing.
Outside the 9-to-5, I have a deep love for food, arts, fashion—and yes, I still model when time permits (just for fun!) as part of AGTA Studios Talent Management. It’s my creative escape from boardrooms and spreadsheets.
I’m also a strong advocate for mental health awareness and proudly mentor individuals with disabilities—because success isn’t just about titles, but impact. Multilingual by nature, I easily switch between Cebuano, Tagalog, and English, reflecting my colorful upbringing and connection to diverse communities.
At the end of the day, I’m just a woman trying to do it all—with heart, hustle, and my favorite lip balm.
Career
I believe in the power of people and the potential of technology to handle the heavy lifting—so we can focus on what truly matters. As a servant leader, I steer away from rigid hierarchies and prioritize those who drive meaningful contributions, empowering teams to thrive and grow.
With over 15 years of leadership experience in BPO, ITO, and KPO sectors, I currently lead operations in Implementations, specializing in customer success, strategic execution, and cross-functional leadership. My track record includes overseeing operations, project management, financials, and not limited to recruitment, training, HR, and business development across global markets—North America, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
As a pragmatic project manager and visionary, I challenge the status quo, champion best practices, and deliver results through people-first strategies. I’ve co-founded ventures in eCommerce, training, and digital advertising, and helped launch and scale start-ups in the Philippines for companies from the US, India, Australia, Singapore, and beyond.
A passionate coach and mentor, I’ve developed future leaders, turned around underperforming accounts, and deployed tech projects from software development to mobile solutions—always with a focus on impact, growth, and transformation.
