I’m an author, writer, and blogger advocating for motherhood through my platform, The Mother Boss. Professionally, I serve as an Assistant Vice President for Implementations at one of the world’s largest financial firms. Additionally, I freelance as a career coach and consultant, guiding startups, entrepreneurs, and professionals in BPO, ITO, and KPO industries through the corporate landscape.
My story
Hailing from Davao, raised in Cebu, and currently leaving my mark on Manila's corporate and tech scene – I proudly don multiple hats: a Gen Z mom, aspiring chef, expressive artist, natural photographer, sentimental writer, and devoted cat adopter. With roots embedded in diverse cultures, I effortlessly switch between three languages - Cebuano, Tagalog, and English.
Fueled by my passion for the food and tourism industry, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of San Carlos - Cebu. However, my journey led me to explore the corporate world, where I obtained 6Sigma and Agile certifications, mainly within the BPO and ITO sectors. Presently, I'm diving into the dynamic realms of AI and Digital Marketing.
Beyond professional pursuits, I embrace the role of a working mother and passionately champion mental health awareness. Committed to making a difference, I dedicate time to mentoring individuals with disabilities.

Steering clear of traditional leadership norms, I avoid hierarchical approaches and prioritize individuals who contribute significantly to the team's success. As a servant leader, my goal is to enhance and amplify the talents of those I work with.
A seasoned operations leader dedicated to customer satisfaction, with over 15 years of expertise overseeing various facets of BPO, ITO, and KPO organizations, I've also co-founded small ventures in eCommerce, training and development, and digital advertising. Demonstrating a successful track record, I've built and led operations, taking ownership of functions like recruitment, training, HR, project management, operational excellence, ramp-up, start-ups, and product development. My experience includes key areas such as Operational Excellence, Capability Development, Business Development, and Implementations.
